Train conversation

This is Ken. You may remember his eyes from a previous post. They are normal now, which allows me to talk to him on public transport.

So, here we are

Well, it's been a while. Since my last blog I've been hospitalised, been hit by a motorbike, had a massage from a naked man and got a proper job (I think I'm a journalist, but I'm not really sure). Most of the above happened in India. I went there because it looked nice in the pictures.

I'm back in London now. The summer seems to have disappeared, and Sunday morning has just slipped away... meaning a slow, inevitable decline into work-mode and shirt ironing.

Can we have a bank holiday in October please Mr Prime Minister man?

The photo is of Lighthouse Beach in Kovalam. On my first day of work, a week after I had got back from that there place, was a copy of Which? magazine on my desk - with an almost-identical image. It made me want to run away from the office.
